Jonathan And Buhari, Congrats From Nigerians Abroad!

Udeme Etim and Igbalajobi Olumuyiwa, the interim president and the interim general secretary of the Association of Nigerian students in South-Korea (ANISSOK) respectively, sent a congratulatory message to the outgoing president Goodluck Jonathan and Muhammadu Buhari, the president-elect of Nigera.

Below is the full text of the congratulatory message.

“The Association of Nigerian students in South-Korea (ANISSOK) congratulates Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, the outgoing president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, on the just-concluded free, fair and credible presidential election. Sir, you have set the pace for the long-awaited change and new Nigeria we all have been craving for, aa new democratic system where the masses’ voices are heard and the people’s choices are considered without rancor and drums of violence. Once again we thank you for establishing legacy of democratic freedom, transparency, economic growth, and free and fair election.

“Mr president-elect, General Muhammed Buhari (G.C.F.R), kindly accept our warm congratulations on your historic victory and best wishes for your success, as you’re preparing to take up the responsibilities and challenges of your high office. Finally, the change has come. You are indeed the “change messiah” we have been waiting for. Nigeria will change. It will be not a fairytale, but reality. Based on your track records, we are convinced that we can rely on your commitment to carry out the necessary and urgent reforms so that together Nigerians will be able to cope with the challenges posed by insecurity, corruption, power failure and unemployment among other menaces. By working together, Nigerians will restore growth and create jobs opportunities especially in a secured atmosphere of coexistence.
