Samuel Eto'o Fils last Sunday, brought joy to sick former Indomitable Lions Captain Owona Nobert, when he paid him a surprised visit on his sick bed, and offered him financial assistance.
The International Striker visited the former Captain, who is allegedly suffering from Hernia, and in the hospital, and blessed him with the sum of 500 000F CFA, while promising him shelter.
Happy Owona could not hide his joy and admiration for Eto'o as he explains: "Last Sunday, I had the surprise of my life. Samuel Eto'o came to visit me. After his first match in Qatar, he took a flight to come to my sick bed side. A great man who had never known me. He gave me the sum of 500 000FCFA for feeding, and promised to assist me in everything I need.. He promised me a house which we were going to see in Bonamoussadi".
OWONA Nobert is allegedly homeless, and is suffering from hernia.
He went to Equinox Tv's weekly Social outreach program "Regard Social" and cried for help from men and women of goodwill.
Apparently Eto'o watched the program, and was moved with pity for the old, and decided to surprise him the way he did.
