“The recording label is set to assist upcoming artistes who do not have enough funds to record. Our charges are affordable such that most aspiring musicians will be able to record their music,” he said.

He said they also want to reach out to people, informing them that gospel music is not the old contemporary style but that people can worship God in different ways.

“Most people think that gospel music is the Mai Charamba or Mercy Mutsvene type of music so we want to reach out to them since gospel music can also incorporate Hip Hop, RnB and reggae. People can worship God in whatever way they want.

“We want to influence people to think differently musically and to sing motivational songs,’’ he said.

He added that the recording company will not only record gospel artistes but also other artistes who are into serious music.

“Though our main focus will be gospel, we will also offer our services to non-gospel musicians but only those who sing clean motivational music, not pub music,” he said. The Herald
