'Real Housewives' star's husband apologizes 'deeply' for Ashley Madison account.

The impact of the Ashley Madison hacking scandal continues to get real. Real Housewives of New York star Kristen Taekman's husband Josh Taekman has apologized after reports circulated that he had registered for an account on the site that encourages people to cheat on their spouses.

"I signed up for the site foolishly and ignorantly with a group of friends, and I deeply apologize for any embarrassment or pain I have brought to my wife and family," Taekman said in a statement released to E! Online. "We both look forward to moving past this and getting on with our lives."

Kristen and Josh, who tied the knot in November 2004, have a son, Cassius, and a daughter, Kingsley. Their segments on the show have often featured the pair dealing with marital tension.Taekman is not the first famous name tied to the leak of the site's reported 37 million users following last month's breach. 19 Kids and Counting star Josh Duggarapologized earlier this month for his account on the cheating website, calling himself the "biggest hypocrite ever" for being "unfaithful" to his wife, Anna.
