I did not impregnate Mahachi's wife says Malayitsha

A cross border transporter popularly knowing as umalayitsha - Lloyd Sibanda who allegedly impregnated Kudakwashe Mahachi's wife has denied the claims.

Sibanda says the rumours have not even affected his marriage.

Sibanda used to ferry Mahachi's goods from South Africa to Bulawayo.

Last month news broke out that Sibanda had a steamy love affair with Maritha Ndlovu who later became pregnant.

Mahachi's wife is now five months heavenly pregnant and is expected a baby girl.

Now according to B-Metro Sibanda says he never slept with Maritha who in-turn insists Sibanda started proposing to her in February.

"I never proposed love to Maritha or slept with her.

"I even told Mahachi that I'm not the one responsible for the pregnancy when he confronted me at my place in the company of his friends," Sibanda said.

"I have never issued any apology to Mahachi. How can I apologise for something I did not do. I was really shocked to read a newspaper with Mahachi claiming that I impregnated his wife."

On her part Maritha said Sibanda was making moves at her.

I made a mistake… we (sic) had conversations with Lloyd… he proposed to me... he started proposing in February but I told him I am a married woman and our child is not well... I'm sorry... its hurts to leave our matrimonial home and my child..." she said.

Mahachi and Maritha have a toddler - Dineo who was born in 2013.
